Our mission is to help young Eritrean and Ethiopian refugees in North London learn how to trust, smile, and hope again. We provide culturally sensitive support, mentorship, and safe spaces free from political and religious divides. Through our work, we ensure that young refugees feel heard, valued, and empowered to build their future.
Our swimming sessions are all about confidence, calm, and joy in the water. Led by friendly, qualified instructors, they help young people who may have never learned to swim — or who feel uneasy around water — to feel safe, free, and proud of their progress. Each week, confidence grows, friendships form, and young people leave the pool stronger and more empowered.
Football Sessions welcome young people of all abilities — from first-timers to regular players. Each week offers a chance to get active, build skills, and enjoy being part of a team. More than fitness, it’s about confidence, teamwork, and friendships in a supportive, judgment-free space where everyone belongs and every small victory counts.
Youth Club is a safe, welcoming space where young people can relax, connect, and grow together. Each session offers games, creative activities, peer support, and shared cultural meals — all guided by trusted adults who offer care and encouragement. It’s a place to build confidence, share experiences, and feel valued and heard.
Monthly culturally grounded, trauma-informed wellbeing sessions that help young people rebuild confidence, manage stress, and feel connected. Support includes group discussions, mentoring, emotional wellbeing workshops, cultural activities, and practical guidance around education, careers, and navigating life in the UK.
